The attached document sets out the membership subscription rates, payment options, discounts and general conditions of membership.

Subscriptions are for the full season. The Early Bird offer provides two payment options: a discounted annual payment or the standard subscription split into 6 equal consecutive monthly payments. After the Early Bird deadline, the standard annual payment applies.

All members must register through the Club website. If you are unable to register online, please contact membership@sloughhockeyclub.co.uk.

When registering, please provide an email address and enable Club emails under Your Account > Settings > Email Preferences to receive important Club communications, including AGM notices and monthly newsletters.
